Presentation of Qualified Candidates.
- Prepare reports about selected candidates, containing information on their personal and professional background, and assessment identifying critical factors for the position in question;
- Send reports for examination and to debate the relevant aspects of each candidate with the client;
- Schedule interviews between client and candidates, making sure that both parties are adequately prepared for the meeting;
- Provide feedback about the meeting to both the client and the candidate.
