By accessing, browsing or using this Website, including registering your professional CV (“CV”) in the system available to you, you hereby consent in an express, specific, informed and unequivocal manner to the use of your personal data by OSSER & OSSER. If you disagree with the content of this Terms, you must not browse, access or use the Website in any way.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
OSSER & OSSER offers services related to executive recruitment processes and / or performance evaluation, as well as specialized services and assistance to companies (the “Services”). The Clients are large and medium-sized national and multinational companies, startups, family businesses and non-profit organizations from different industries, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Clients” and separately as “Client”.
By consenting in an express, specific, informed and unequivocal manner to the provisions of this Terms, the User understands and agrees that the use of the Website and the provision of services made by OSSER & OSSER to its Clients concerns the collection and use of information and data including the transfer of such information and personal data to other territories for the purposes of storage, processing and use by OSSER & OSSER for the purposes indicated herein.
This website is not a marketplace for corporate job opportunities or a place to offer job opportunities. The use, consultation of the Website and / or the use of its features, including the registration and sending of CV, does not establish a contractual relationship of a commercial nature between the User and OSSER & OSSER, and does not imply any obligation of result by OSSER & OSSER.
OSSER & OSSER does not guarantee that a Client will request information regarding the User; that scheduling a meeting with the Client will result in the recruitment of the User; or that the Users included in the OSSER & OSSER database will be available or will meet the requirements of a Client.
OSSER & OSSER does not guarantee that the sending of the CV by the User through the Website will imply its inclusion in OSSER & OSSER’s database.
USER RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
This Website must be used exclusively by individuals over 18 years of age or judicially emancipated, who have full legal capacity to access, use and register on the Website; inform, send and / or include his or her personal data and other information in it; and use the Website in accordance with applicable Brazilian laws.
The User is solely responsible for any information or files sent by him to the Website, and it is his responsibility to ensure that the data provided is accurate, up-to-date and not deceptive or misleading.

Such data will not be anonymized or destroyed by OSSER & OSSER prior to the expiration of this period.
OSSER & OSSER will store the exclusion request made by the User and, subject to any legal obligation to keep certain data, will provide for the destruction or anonymization, in OSSER & OSSER‘s sole discretion, of the information capable of identifying the User.
OSSER & OSSER reserves the right to remove from the Website any information provided by the User, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without providing any explanation.

BY ACCESSING THE OSSER & OSSER WEBSITE AND REGISTERING HIS/HER CV IN THE SYSTEM, THE USER CONSENTS IN AN EXPRESS, SPECIFIC, INFORMED AND UNREQUITATED MANNER WITH THE COLLECTION, STORAGE, USE, PROCESSING, ASSOCIATION, SHARING, DISCLOSURE AND OTHER WAYS OF TREATMENT OF HIS/HER INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA FOR ANY OF THE FORMS AND FOUNDATIONS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE PURPOSE OF GUARANTEEING THE EXCELLENCE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY OSSER & OSSER TO ITS CLIENTS:

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

The CV, as well as other personal data provided by the User, may be forwarded to OSSER & OSSER Clients in the state in which they are sent by the User, without being subject to anonymization techniques.
