Analysis and assessment of internal/in the market professionals for a certain position.

The Osser&Osser evaluation service for professionals is customized by the company. Different from an assessment, an evaluation is characterized by the objective of analyzing and evaluating professionals from the market or those who work in the client company in a certain position. This evaluation of the professionals provides support for the client to define the candidates who will be hired or promoted.

The process of assessing professionals includes the following steps:

1. Understanding of the client’s current situation and review and/or definition of the job descriptions

2. Professional Evaluation
These interviews are always conducted personally by two consultants specifically allocated for the process, with the objective of enhancing the analysis and assessment of the candidates, using different techniques:

  • 1st interview: deep interview to analyze professional and personal track record, assessing technical abilities, professional experience, behavioral characteristics, among other relevant aspects for the position in question, identifying strengths and weaknesses;
  • 2nd interview: interview to measure competence, conducted in English when necessary;
  • Possibility of application of instruments (such as MBTI and Birkman) and other tests when necessary and upon the client’s request;
  • Survey of references.

3. Support for the Client’s decision-making process

  • Presentation of Qualified Candidates (assessment and candidate references reports).
