Mapping and Identification.
- Corroborate the list of target companies with the client;
- Research, through different sources, candidates with an adequate profile for the position: Osser&Osser database, which contains information on prequalified professionals – rigorously kept and updated; team networking; information from the market and printed and electronic media;
- Define list of potential candidates – Long List;
- Contact potential candidates by phone, making a prequalification interview (screening);
- Communicate status of process with client through the following:
- Progress report (during the process, after the 2nd week, weekly sending of progress report);
- Weekly telephone meeting (after 2nd week, process alignment).
- ‘Short List’ – candidates to be interviewed by Osser&Osser.
