Anna Luiza M. Osser, bachelor’s degree in business administration at FAAP (Brazil), and also in hotel services at the École Les Roches in Crans-Montana, in Switzerland, has an MBA in Human Resources from USP, is fluent in English and has excellent command of Spanish. Over the last few years she has studied and actively participated in forums and seminars regarding family organizations. She is qualified to apply the MBTI and Birkman instruments. She has seven years of experience in management consulting, working in companies like The Mac Group, Accenture and MoRoCo Consultores in Brazil and abroad. During three years she acted as an international Private Banking financial consultant at Merrill Lynch. Her Executive Search work started in 1997, and she spent the first four years at Spencer Stuart as a senior associate. In the fifteen years in which she has worked in the Executive Search area, she has conducted several executive search projects for CEO, CIO, CFO, board member, director and manager positions in different industries for national and multinational companies in Brazil and abroad. |
Patrícia Osser Sales, bachelor’s degree in business administration at FAAP (Brazil), has a specialization in Banking from FGV and a post-graduation in business administration at IBMEC (currently Insper). She continues to study and participate actively in forums and seminars regarding family organizations. She is fluent in English. She started working in Executive Search in 2002. In the ten years in which she has been working in this area she has conducted several Executive Search projects for directors and managers in different positions and industries for medium and large-sized national and multinational companies, start ups, family-owned companies and non-profit organizations. Throughout this period she participated in over 200 projects and assessed about 2.500 candidates in recruitment and selection projects, assessment of professionals and management assessment. She currently directs the financial administrative and IT areas at Osser&Osser. |
